Our expertise, ambition and client focus are key to our success (along with a daily dose of puppy love from our office dog, Bess!)
We work hard, we hold each other to account and want to succeed. But we enjoy what we do and have fun. After all, you’ve got to enjoy what you do, right?
Location: This role will be based from our office in Cardiff, South Wales when regulations allow.
We are Delio
Delio is transforming private markets. Through our technology and expertise, we help the world’s most respected financial institutions to deliver private market transactions to their clients.
Our configurable, white-labelled technology is already being used by more than 85 organisations in 17 countries around the world, including the likes of Barclays, ING, Coutts and UBS. However, we’re only just getting started.
As an award-winning, high growth company, we’ve set ourselves ambitious and challenging targets that build on the rapid progress we’ve made since 2015. To achieve these goals, we work hard, have high expectations and hold each other to account. However, we also support one another and collaborate to ensure that everyone can play a part in our success.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our existing Cardiff-based delivery team. The team’s core responsibility is to ensure the efficient and successful onboarding of new clients.
To achieve this, you will engage with client contacts for project kick-off meetings and act as their key point of contact within Delio during the project phases. As part of this role you will coach clients on the most appropriate usage of their Delio platform for their business model and guide them through the steps required to set up their platform. You will also train end users/clients in the usage of the platform during these project phases.
You will run workshops with clients to establish solutions that meet their needs, while investigating and configuring complementary applications and services. As the project manager of clients’ onboarding process, you will ensure client actions and timelines are adhered to, escalate issues to the relevant stakeholders as quickly as possible to enable corrective action, and ensure delivery of key go-live requirements across functional areas of the business.
This role will also provide support to the sales and account management teams, using your knowledge of the Delio platform to provide advice and guidance on solutions for prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will also be expected to mentor and coach members of the team in standardised Business Analyst practices within an agile environment. As a key member of the delivery team, you will help to drive continual process improvements as the business scales.

The role
We are hiring two business development representatives to join our existing Cardiff-based marketing team. This role will be home-based while Covid restrictions remain in place, with flexible home/office working arrangements to be agreed when regulations allow.
This is an entry-level role that will utilise the UK Government’s Kickstarter scheme. Therefore, you will need to be aged between 16-24 and meet the other qualifying criteria in order to be considered for the role. Please see the website of our recruitment partner, Acorn, for further information. As a result, we are not necessarily expecting candidates to have significant experience in similar roles and a comprehensive training and onboarding programme will be available. However, we are looking for young professionals who can demonstrate proactivity, personality and professionalism in their approach to work.
The marketing team is a relatively new part of the business, having been established at the end of 2019. Since then, they have overseen the rapid growth of our lead generation and promotional activity which has resulted in the need for a business development representative to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be a pivotal position in Delio’s international growth strategy. The position will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to manage an existing pipeline of engaged contacts, build their own network of prospects, and use a variety of channels to convert these to qualified sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious young professional who is looking to establish themselves at the heart of a truly international commercial team.
