Sarah leads the delivery team and is responsible for ensuring that our clients’ private markets platforms are configured and delivered to their exacting specifications. She is able to draw on over a decade’s experience in project management and business analysis roles accumulated at Ageas, CBRE and Target Group.
Gareth co-founded Delio in 2015 and leads our business strategy. After beginning his career at IBM, he went on to specialise in mergers and acquisitions, working with EY and investment boutique Convex Capital on a range of transactions involving entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses whilst also qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Gareth joined Delio in 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of our operational and regulatory strategy. Before joining Delio, he was formerly Global Chief Risk Officer of HSBC’s Private Wealth Solutions business and the Chief Risk Officer of HSBC Private Bank in Asia Pacific. During his 20 year career in the financial services industry he has also held positions at KPMG, Admiral Group and Nemo Personal Finance, a subsidiary of the Principality Building Society.
