1. Opening statement from senior management
Delio Ltd (“Delio”) is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and expects the same standard from those with whom it shares a business relationship.
2. Structure of the organisation
Delio is a financial technology scale-up business providing private market investment solutions and has its principal business operations based in Cardiff and London.
We work with a range of suppliers to assist us with aspects of our private market platform investment solutions. These suppliers are concerned with cloud technology and cryptographic platform security.
3. Policies
As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery we, in conjunction with existing policies, encourage an open-door policy to raise concerns with senior management. Our ethos and approach to combatting modern slavery is set out in our Modern Slavery Policy.
We also make sure our suppliers are aware of our policy and request that they adhere to the same high standards.

Delio evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain by undertaking the due diligence set out in the paragraphs above.
We do not currently consider that we operate in high-risk sectors or locations.
6. Training
We shall invest in educating our staff to recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Through our training programmes, employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy.
Employees are taught the benefits of stringent measures to tackle slavery and human trafficking, as well as the consequences of failing to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our business and supply chains.
7. Further actions and sign-off
This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Delio’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year commencing 1st April 2022 and ending 31st March 2023.
